REASON FOR JD REQUEST: (Check as many as applicable) I intend to construct/develop a project or perform activities on this parcel which would be designed to avoid all aquatic resources. ❑ I intend to construct/develop a project or perform activities on this parcel which would be designed to avoid all jurisdictional aquatic resources under Corps authority.
