La Grange Phase II Bank Credit Release — Tasks 1 & 2
Dear Mr. Ham:
On December 1, 2014, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) approved a Bank Parcel
Development Package (BPDP) for the LaGrange Phase II Bank Parcel for Greene Environmental
Services, LLC (GES). On February 23, 2015, DWR received a conservation easement for the
subject site. Additionally, GES has elected to construct the subject site without posting any
financial assurance. On April 10, 2015, DWR received documentation from GES that the subject
site had been constructed in its entirety and monitoring plots had been established. On April 13,
2015, Katie Merritt, with DWR, with assistance from David Knowles with GES, inspected the site
to confirm that the subject site had been completely planted and monitoring devices had been
established in accordance with the BPDP
According to the UMBI signed on October 3, 2008, the following Project Milestones have been
met, and the corresponding credits shall be released

the above - referenced tract and 40% of your Neuse riparian buffer credits (0.4 x 22,651.20 ft2 =
9,060.48 ft2) are now- available for sale. Also, 40% of your nitrogen nutrient offset credits (0.4 x
129,373.20 lb -N = 51,749.28 lb-N) are now available for sale.
Please note that nutrient offset credits generated at this site must be used for impacts in HUC
03020202 of the Neuse River Basin and that Neuse riparian buffer credits must be used for
impacts in the Neuse River Basin according to guidelines in 15A NCAC 02B .0295.
Please use the Credit Ledger Templates provided on our website at:
