The Corps of Engineers is requesting Division participation in the Deep Creek Wetland
Mitigation Bank in Yadkin County. The bank sponsor is American Wetlands out of
Manassas, Virginia. The Corps of Engineers letter should have bee-a addressed to you,
rather it was addressed to Jeff Jurek of our program.
I do recommend Jeff Jurek of our program be the Division contact for this mitigation
bank. We have prepared and attached a letter for your signature recommending Jeff as the
