The Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a Bank Parcel Development Package (BPDP) for
the above - referenced site on March 10, 2014 for review and approval under the terms and
conditions of the Greene Environmental Services Neuse River Riparian Buffer and Nutrient Offset
Umbrella Mitigation Banking Instrument (UMBI). The UMBI was made and entered into by
Greene Environmental Services, LLC, acting as the Bank Sponsor, and the DWR on October 3,
2008. DWR received a revised BPDP on October 23, 2014.
On November 7, 2014, the subject BPDP was placed on public notice. DWR received no comments
regarding the subject BPDP. This BPDP is now approved.
According to the credit release schedule outlined in your UMBI, the following items are required
prior to receiving your first credit release of twenty percent:
Conservation easement approved by DWR
Financial Assurance documents
