As you will notice, it expired a few weeks ago. I plan to submit a new form to Kelly Williams today, but I don't think she will be able to reauthorize until next week. Do you think you can write your certification with this expired letter? (Please!) As you know, impacts have decreased since the letter was written, and I don't think there will be a problem getting reauthorization. I could possibly get verbal confirmation from Kelly this week. Also, Hall Barnett is working diligently on getting the wetland preservation map and language to you by tomorrow. The language is completed; we are just coordinating with the surveyor to get the map. Thanks so much for your help! Kim Williams Land Management Group, Inc. P.O.
