Dear Ms. Karoly,
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Asheville Regulatory
Field Office, Asheville, N.C. received the Pre-Construction
Notification Application Form on May 9, 2007.
I spoke ~~Tith Ms. Liz Harr on the phone May 22, 2007 regarding
the Permit Number. Ms. Harr stated the PCN Application Form
needed further review by h.er supervisor.
I am interested in continuing to pursue permitting of this
project and will be providing the N.C. Division of Water
Quality information as soon as it is received from the
U. S. Army Corps of Engineers.
