The following comments are provided for your consideration: Buffer Mitigation - GolfHole #6, #7, and #I8: a. The preliminary buffer mitigation plan shows a 2 to 1 mitigation for the buffer disturbances proposed along Timberlake Golf Course holes 6, 7, and 18, which total 0.828 acres. The proposed location and area (1.66 acres) for this mitigation is approved. b. A copy of the updated Tree Save plans and updated tracking table have been sent to Kelly Robertson at the City of Charlotte and a final electronic copy has been received by this office. 2. Table 6 -9 — TSS Efficiencies: a. The acreage- weighted TSS efficiency (71 %) and the Table 6 -9 efficiency exceed the high density TSS removal requirement of 70% for this sub -basin which is in compliance with the WQMP requirements. As part of the provisions of the bond, CMSWS will need to inspect and approve all water quality BMPs after receipt of final as -built surveys and engineering certification. Please be aware that CMSWS will not release the Surety Bond (dated November 9, 2006) until all the provisions have been completed by Timberlake. CMSWS requests a schedule for completion of the BMP on Hole #15 by October 22, 2013. • m To report pollution or drainage problems call: 311 0. http: stormwater.charmeck.org a. Mr. Jack BIN-the Comments on Timberlake Golf Course Page 2 of 2 Once the BMP on Hole 415 is constricted, contact me to perform a final inspection of all golf course BMPs. Timberlake should allow 2 weeks for CMSWS to complete the final inspection of the BMPs once the final report is received. Please call me at (704) 432 -4216, if you have any questions.
