As the March 18, 2013 letter indicates, the 404 Permit and 401 Certification have changed since
2008 so it is necessary that you complete a new application with your current plan including any
lake or buffer impacts for the ramp, slips, shoreline stabilization, any proposed vegetation
removal, etc. Please submit five (5) copies with the $240 processing fee to DWQ. Please note
that you may need to apply to the US Corps of Engineers and Duke Power to obtain the correct
Nationwide or General Permit and authorizations for the activity.
