Annette,
Don't waste your time on revising the letter. Your email will be perfectly fine. I just wanted to check before I got
sidetracked on something else.
As promised we'll make sure the client is aware of the future requirements.
Thanks again for your help on this one.
Best,
Patrick

Patrick,
Yes, the preliminary plan you submitted for the parcel adjacent to the Sheetz was fine to serve as a placeholder. We
don't typically mention preliminary plans in approval letters — but I can send out a revised letter if you wish that reminds
your client that the future parcel will need to have a final stormwater plan submitted for review and approval. Please let
me know your preference In any case, I will add this email to the file as documentation.
Thanks,
Annette

Subject: RE: Sheetz - Highway 70/581 Project - Follow -up Question
Annette,
Hey I meant to ask you about the review of the preliminary stormwater plan for the parcel adjacent to the Sheetz site
that was submitted. Your approval letter didn't specifically mention that plan. Am I safe in assuming that our
preliminary design was fine to serve as a "place holder" if you will until such time as that parcel gets developed?
We'll be sure to remind our client that the same rules apply to this parcel in that when it comes time to develop it
that a Final Stormwater Management Plan needs to be prepared and submitted to DWQ review and approval (in
conjunction with their coordination with the local authority) before it can be built on.
Let me know. If this discussion needs to be documented don't feel the need to respond with a formal letter, an email
response is fine from our end for the record and relay to our client.
Thanks,
Patrick
