Hello Sue - I hope this finds you doing well.
As a follow up to the establishment of a monitoring plan for the CLT South Cross Field Regional
Detention Basin, I am attaching a document identifying our proposed monitoring
locations. Construction of the basin is anticipated to begin in mid -April and we look forward to
receiving your review and approval so that we can perform the baseline monitoring prior to
construction.
Please contact Jimmy Jordan or myself if you have any questions or need additional information.
Thanks in advance for your time and take care - Leslie Jo

Ms. Homewood;
I understand you are point of contact with regards to concerns or discussions related to the referenced water quality
certification that was last year issued to Charlotte Douglas International Airport, for various Airport Improvement and
Expansion Projects.

As you can see by my signature, I am involved with certain environmental matters out at CLT including this very
important project, and I wanted to share a concern with you regarding specific permit requirements centered around
stream monitoring locations and submittal of information to your agency.
Please read through the attached document as soon as you can, and share with others at your agency as you see
fit. Your response is appreciated, and certainly feel free to call me if you wish to discuss.
Have a good evening.
