Dear Mr. Ridings:
This letter has been generated based on your recommendation on December 2, 2010,
and is intended to notify NCDWQ of a change to the road widening project stated above
and permitted by your office on July 15, 2009.
The Town of Cary has determined to add a 16-inch reclaimed waterline to Town Project
No. ST-1085. The construction of this line will add.no additional wetland/stream impacts
as it will be constructed completely within the footprint of the existing project. There will
be no additional stormwater devices or changes to the stormwater design that has been
approved.
As such, NCDWQ has advised that there is no need for a permit modification. Please
add this memorandum to the project file and thank you for your assistance with this
important project.
