On April 15, 2011 Roberto Scheller of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspected (CEI) for
General Certification (GC) #3819 that was issued from this Office on January 2, 2009 for the subject project. A permit modification
was requested for time extension and issued on March 28, 2011. The subject permit is for the purpose of sewer line construction.
At time of inspection the permitted construction site appeared to be compliant with conditions of GC #3819 and the Tar-Pamlico
Riparian Buffer Rules. Please note that upon completion of project, and all areas disturbed by construction are vegetated and
stabilized, it will be necessary to remove all erosion control measures placed in wetlands, streams, and/or ditches. If you have any

This letter is to report findings of a compliance inspection and does not authorize any impacts to either Waters of the United States or
Waters of the State. Please contact the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or NC Division of Water Quality (DWQ) if your
project should change or any additional impacts are proposed to either of these waters.
