The property developer is proposing the construction of a gravity 8-
inch sanitary sewer line. Temporary stream, temporary wetland, and
permanent wetland impacts are proposed for the utility line and
construction accesses. The sanitary sewer installation will be
conducted using open -cut trench techniques with heavy equipment.
The owner has allowed for extensive avoidance and minimization of
impacts to Waters of the US.
