Please find the attached initial interest form with various exhibits for a request to participate in the Express
Review Program for the review of the diffuse flow plan for the Inside Wade Townhomes project in Raleigh,
NC. As already discussed with Joseph, this project is part of an overal Master Planned Community for which a
401 WQ Certification was previously issued (DWQ Project #06-0961). The final stormwater management plan
for the project has already been submitted to and is currently in review at the City of Raleigh. A copy of the
stormwater management plan approval letter from the City of Raleigh will be forwarded to DWQ upon receipt.
This Express Review request is for review of the diffuse flow plan for the project only. Please find the attached
USGS map, Soil Survey Map, and proposed site plan for the project.
