Elizabeth Nelson, East Coast Engineering Co., P.A., on behalf of Maritime Place Subdivision has submitted a revised Site
Plan to modify their Major CAMA Permit Application, which is currently circulating throughout review agencies. The minor
revision in the new plan includes the construction of approximately 628 linear feet of wooden bulkhead. This bulkhead would be
positioned landward of Mean High Water and Coastal Wetlands. Please take this additional information into consideration as you
review this project.
