A single application has been submitted to cover both of the Nationwide Permits, the impacts for each of the permits are listed separately. The proposed subdivision will disturb approximately 600 linear feet of stream and 2,400 square feet of wetlands for the construction of 1) a road crossing covered by NWP-14, and 2) a stormwater management pond covered by NWP-26. The wetlands on the property appear to be limited to the area within the stream bank, the average width is 4 feet across the entire site. Attached are one set of the following: 1. (2) Location Maps to aid you in pinpointing the site. 2. A 1 "=400' scale map of the entire site. 3. A 1 "=50' scale map showing the future road crossing. 4. A copy of the proposed Wet Detention Pond to show the extent of the proposed impacts on the existing stream. 5. Joint Form Application.
