On behalf of our client, Sandra Anderson Builders, Inc., we are submitting
a JOINT FORM to apply for NWP-14 and NWP-26 for a proposed residential
subdivision in Guilford County, North Carolina. A single application has been
submitted to cover both of the Nationwide Permits, the impacts for each of the
permits are listed separately. The proposed subdivision will disturb approximately
600 linear feet of stream and 2,400 square feet of wetlands for the construction
of 1) a road crossing covered by NWP-14, and 2) a stormwater management
pond covered by NWP-26. The wetlands on the property appear to be limited to
the area within the stream bank, the average width is 4 feet across the entire site.
Attached are one set of the following:
1. (2) Location Maps to aid you in pinpointing the site.
2. A 1 "=400' scale map of the entire site.
3. A 1 "=50' scale map showing the future road crossing.
4. A copy of the proposed Wet Detention Pond to show the extent of the
proposed impacts on the existing stream.
5. Joint Form Application.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact
me at your earliest convenience.
Respectfully,
Evans Engineering, Inc.
