Subject: Dillsboro amended 401
John,
We are preparing to do some tempoary erosion control on the south bank at Dillsboro at the
request of NCWRC. The rock for covering the south dam abutment is stored in this area. Can
you give me an idea when you may issue the amended 401 for the placement of this rock?
Otherwise, it will have to moved to another location then moved back. I prefer not to do
this if the amended 401 may be issued within a few days. Thanks.
