A site meeting was held with Ms. Sue Homewood of NCDWR and Mr. David
Baily of the USACE on August 5, 2020. The purpose of the proposed
project is to construct a single-family residential subdivision and associated
supporting infrastructure such as roads, sidewalks, and utilities.
