The emsting site is a partially developed self storage facility. The proposed project continues a development that was permitted crossing an unnamed tributary of Brice Creek in 2008
(DWQ Project #08-1187) and also proposes additional self storage facilities on land that was previously residential and has been recombined into this project site.
