On April 6, 1999 I met with you at the subject property to conduct a site visit and determine if the buffer was
subject to protection. This Office has reviewed the information received by this Office on August 24, 1999
relevant to the subject property. This project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO 99-
209.
The features represented on the Wake County Soils and the USGS maps were evaluated to determine
their subjectivity to the Neuse Buffer Rule. It was determined from the site visit that there is only one
feature present on this property that is subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters
r K '-' Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code
` T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233). The feature is delineated on the map received by this Office during the site
visit and the area applicable to protection under the Neuse Buffer Rules begins at Flag 300 and extends
off property toward Netherlands Drive..
