I met with you at a proposed development located along Hwy 70 in Wake County. At
your request , an evaluation was performed to determine whether one (1) feature as
indicated by a blue high lighter on the attached map would require compliance with the
Neuse River Buffer requirements. (Please note: this the only features that I reviewed).
Feature #1, as indicated on the attached map, is not a streams and is not subject to the
Riparian Buffer Rule.
Also, depending on the linear feet or acreage and the activity proposed, there
may be jurisdictional wetlands or waters which may require concurrence with the Corp
of Engineers. That is, this letter only address the applicability of the Neuse Buffer Rule.
