Karen — Good point. Please do not issue the isolated wetlands permit for the Sutton Landfill until we have completed
the EJ analysis and allowed the EPA Office of Civil Rights to concur with our findings. If you have any questions about
the status of the EJ analysis please contact Sarah Rice in DWM. Sarah is heading up all of our EJ activities in the
Department and I have copied her on this e-mail. Thanks.
