On December 22, 2015, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application
tated December 22, 2015, requesting an Individual Isolated and Other Non -404 Jurisdictional
Wetlands and Waters Permit from the Division for the subject project. On March 15, 2016, a
in accordance with North Carolina General Statue 130A-309.203 Coal Ash Management Act of
0-1014.
The Department of Environmental Quality (Department) is performing an environmental justice
analysis. This analysis must be submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency Office of Civil
Rights to obtain concurrence with the Department's findings. The application is on -hold until
