Dear Jennifer,
It is important that I write to you to ask that you not allow additional dumping of poison into the area of the
Cape Fear River, Brunswick County and New Hanover County. We do not want another Dan River accident
here. These counties have been used as dumping grounds for years and there are already areas of ground and
water contamination we are trying to clean up from past misuse.
Please save our children and water supplies from future harm by the permitted dumping of any further coal ash
and contaminants.
