On August 5, 2015, the North Carolina Department of Environmental and Natural Resources
(DENR) received a Work Plan for Vapor Mitigation System Construction Package for Unit 120 at
the above referenced site. Based on follow-up correspondence and additional information, the work
plan is approved.

Be advised that this approval from the Brownfields Program does not waive any applicable
requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications for the above listed activities
nor does it waive any requirement to comply with applicable law for such activities. If you have any
