After reviewing the LOI with respect to the requirements of the Brownfields Property Reuse Act of 1997, we have determined that a revised affidavit is required. The address listed in number 3 on the affidavit refers to the wrong property. Please submit a corrected affidavit before a determination can be made regarding the project’s eligibility for the brownfields program. Upon our receipt of the information, we will expedite the eligibility determination. Thank you for your prompt attention to this important matter.
