The DEQ Brownfields Program has reviewed the Draft EMP REEP‐LRC Project 1 for the site located at 1900 Continental 
Blvd. in Charlotte submitted by Hart & Hickman on December 6, 2017.  DEQ comments are provided in the attached 
EMP. In addition to the attached comments, note that the EMP data summary tables should also be updated to reflect 
the revised PSRGs and VISLs.   

Please forward the revised EMP to my attention for DEQ approval before starting site grading activities.  Let me know if 
you have any questions.

Tracy Wahl, I understand that you will pick this project up when you return on December 11.  We have some hard 
deadlines on this project based on wetlands permits.  Therefore, your prompt review of this EMP would be super.
