The easiest way to handle the overnight shipping of the Affdaivt would be to have you create a shipping label, email it to
me, and then we will use this to ship it to you on Friday 8/21.

We would need payment by Friday 8/14 at 10am in order for this to begin running on 8/18 (otherwise it will be placed
on hold until payment is received or cancellation is requested). You can pay by card over the phone or email/fax me a
copy of the check that you mail our address in my signature.
