Dear David:
I am writing this letter on behalf of the Park South Station Master Association Board of
Directors. This letter is being sent to acknowledge the Associations errors by not fulfilling the LURU requirements pursuant to the Brownfields regulations.
The Association chose to change Management Company’s in February 2014, which included a
change in staff. Due to this change, the new managing agent was unaware of the specific LURU
provision and did not submit the necessary paperwork.
These issues have been addressed with the new staff and the Association will prepare the
necessary paperwork and have it submitted by the January 31st deadline in the coming years.
