Letter Notice of Non-compliance was issued on August 13, 2013 (Cabot Industries) & July 28, 2014 (BRE/DP NC, LLC). Several deeds conveying this property are not in compliance with NCGS 130A-310.35(d) requiring specific language included in the description section of the instrument of conveyance. JLL - Property Management (Cheryl Davis) and IndCor (Peter Curnyn) were notified of the deed discrepancy via e-mail in November 2014. Subsequent sell of the property has occurred in March 2015. Previous and current deed are not in compliance with 310.35(d). Another email was sent August 2015 to same recipients to follow-up on deed issue.
