Your application will be reviewed as soon as possible to determine if it is eligible. NCDEQ is also in receipt of the expedited Brownfields fee of $30,000.00 {Check Number 1216} from Beauxwright, LLC, for the Redevelopment Now Program. The check will be deposited immediately, but if the program determines the project is ineligible, a refund check will be issued upon written request.
