The North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) received
and reviewed the Environmental Addendum to Phase II Level II Investigation Letter Report dated
October 14, 2014. The report is complete and no additional assessment is necessary. Based on
the information, no additional assessment or mitigation is necessary based on the approved use of
non-residential. No active or passive mitigation is required.

Be advised that this approval from the Brownfields Program does not waive any applicable
requirements to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certification for the above listed
activities nor does it waive any requirements to complete with applicable law for such activities.
