Enclosed please find the following:  Affidavit of Publication of the Summary of Notice of Intent to Redevelop a Brownfields Property which was published in the Charlotte Observer on June 7, 2016.  Proof of hand delivery of the full Notice of Intent to Redevelop a Brownfields Property to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Public Library, public officials, and adjacent property owners on August 24, 2016.  Certified mail return receipt green cards for delivery of the Summary of Notice of Intent to Redevelop a Brownfields Property to adjacent property owners which were sent on June 7, 2017. In those cases where a green card was not returned, the USPS tracking is included indicating delivery. In addition, we have included a copy of one letters which Ms. Carolyn Minnich June 30, 2017 Page 2 S:\AAA-Master Projects\Southern Loop (Brooks Pierce) - SOL\Brownfields Agreement Docs\Public Notice\Proof of Public Notice Letter.doc was returned from the USPS as unclaimed.  Photographs of the Public Notice posting of the Summary of Notice of Intent to Redevelop a Brownfields Property which was posted at the site on June 7, 2017.
