Franklin Street Wake Forest, Wake County Brownfields Project Number: 18014-14-092 Dear Mr. Bryant: The North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is in receipt of the Brownfields Property Application (BPA) submitted on behalf of M/I Homes of Raleigh, LLC, as prospective developer, seeking entry into the North Carolina brownfields program. Your application will be reviewed as soon as possible to determine if it is eligible. It will then be placed in a queue and be assigned to a Project Manager when one becomes available. We are exploring the possibility of your interest in participating in a program in which Prospective Developer’s would pay for a project manager's time to expedite the brownfields process. If you are interested in such a program, please inform me in writing, or via email at Shirley.Liggins@ncdenr.gov. Make sure to include the Project Number or Project Name on all future correspondence for identification purposes. Regarding the submittal of future reports, the program request all reports to be submitted on CD that is not password protected. Thank you for your interest in the Brownfields Program. Sincerely, Shirley Liggins Shirley Liggins Brownfields Program Assistant Division of Waste Management Cc: Central Files
