The front parking lot pavement is showing signs of cracks with one area in front of unit 118 having broken pavement not in compliance with LUR 13(c). Deed for current owner located at Mecklenburg Co. ROD Book/Page: 26580/462 Date:6-30-2011. Two unit one story brick building with paved parking in front. Last LURU submitted by property owner in April 2012.
