Recent information has been provided that requires Brownfields Program action prior to the requested response date noted in the earlier email. This is an internal courtesy notice to inform your program that the DENR Brownfields Program is in receipt of a Brownfields Property Application (BPA), submitted by 7th Street Progression Partners, LLC as prospective developer (PD), seeking entry into the brownfields program for the following property: Site Name: Former White Flowers Project Address: 1905, 1909, 1913, 1919, 1923, 1927, and 1931 East 7th Street City/County/Zip Charlotte, Mecklenburg County 28204 Parcel ID 12703102, 12703103, 12703104, 12703105, 12703106, 12703107, 12703108 AKA: _Give other regulatory site name(s), if applicable: NA Known Identifying Numbers: NA NCD#: NA GW Incident #: NA BF Number: 18059-14-060 Others? NA We are now evaluating 7th Street Progression Partners, LLC with 7th Street Holding, LLC (Charlotte, NC) and the subject property(s) for eligibility for entry into the Brownfields Program. Under the Brownfields Property Reuse Act, only entities that did not cause or contribute to the contamination at the property are eligible to enter the program. The applicant PD below has asserted that 1) it has not caused or contributed to the contamination at the property, and 2) that it has substantially complied with laws, regulations, and rules for the protection of the environment.
