The North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is in receipt of the Brownfields Property Application (BPA) submitted on behalf of 7th Street Progression Partners, LLC , as
Prospective Developer, seeking entry into the North Carolina brownfields program. Your application will be
reviewed as soon as possible to determine if it is eligible.
NCDENR is also in receipt of the expedited Brownfields fee of $30,000.00 {Check Number 1015} from7th Street Progression Partners, LLC , for the Redevelopment Now Program. The check will be deposited immediately, but if the program determines the project is ineligible, a refund check will be issued upon written
request. Make sure to include the Project Number or Project Name on all future correspondence for identification
purposes. Regarding the submittal of future reports, the program request all reports to be submitted on CD that is not password protected. Thank you for your interest in the Brownfields Program.
