Dear Mr. Sullivan:

The North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is in receipt of the Brownfields Property Application (BPA) submitted on behalf of Renaissance Square, LLC, as Prospective
Developer, seeking entry into the North Carolina brownfields program. Your application will be reviewed as soon as possible to determine if it is eligible.
NCDENR is also in receipt of the expedited Brownfields fee of $30,000.00 {Check Number 1156} from Renaissance Square, LLC , for the Redevelopment Now Program. The check will be deposited immediately, but if the program determines the project is ineligible, a refund check will be issued upon written request.

Make sure to include the Project Number or Project Name on all future correspondence for identification purposes.
