As required for he Brownfields Agreement and the Soil Management Plan (Rev. 4), along with this email, is a
link to download an electronic copy of the above referenced document. This document address the soils
removed from the property occupied by the SkyHouse Tower 1 and parking deck, the UST that was
encountered during site redevelopment activities, imported fill soils, and final grade exposed soils.
