The enclosed CD-ROM has the full, amended Brownfields Property Application with attachments as well
as the environmental reports and photos. This application is amended to include the addition of two new properties to the subject site. The scanned version of the revised affidavit and initialed Preliminary Proposed BFA page are included in the .pdf copy, and the originals of these documents are attached with
the CD in this submittal to the North Carolina Brownfields Program.

Also included on the CD-ROM is the Environmental Management Plan with accompanying appendices
and the Data Gap Assessment Report.
