Dear Mr. Harmon:
The North Carolina Brownfields Program (NCBP) has received and reviewed the Indoor Air
Quality Sampling Plan at the above referenced site dated September 19, 2014. The work plan is
hereby approved with the following revisions: use letter or add a digits to indicate sample event to
avoid confusion with previous sample results; provide additional information on the building layout such
as overhead doors or ventilation in areas with no climate control; complete Appendix B Indoor Air Building
Survey & Sampling Form from the April 2014 DWM Vapor Intrusion Guidance Document; in Part II include
information relating to outside contaminate sources.

Be advised that this approval from the Brownfields Program does not waive any applicable
requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications for the above listed activities
nor does it waive any requirement to comply with applicable law for such activities. If you have any
