I called earlier today in reference to a suspected pre-regulatory site located in Mooresville NC.
Your information was forwarded to me by Kim Sue after contacting her in attempting to
determine if the construction debris discovered could be permitted/remain in place or if the
material must be removed. During a Phase 1 ESA interview it was determined that the
location was no longer in use around 1976. Our client is interested in purchasing the property
for a residential subdivision (municipal water and sewer). We would like to schedule a site
visit with you as soon as possible to discuss options for our client. We believe the material to
be a max depth of 20-25 feet, from interviews and topographic maps, and seems to consist of
non-consolidated construction debris of metal and bricks.
