A subdivision is proposed to be developed at this location. I gave Mr. Sinclair your contact information for him to contact you because in their Phase 1 assessment study they found solid waste and thru investigation determined it was placed prior to 1983. Should you have any questions please contact me. I included an aerial with a polygon around the location of interest that has been measured to be 3.14 Acres. Site investigations to date have discovered non-hazardous, dispersed, construction material consisting primarily of scrap metal and bricks. No consolidated or compacted material has been observed or is suspected to exist. We did confirm with our client his continued interest to acquire the property. Our client would prefer for the material to remain in-place and either use the location as green space or install a fence around the location.
