Dear Mr. Hart: 
On February 27, 2013, DENR North Carolina Brownfields Program received the Phase II Soil 
Management Plan (SMP) for development for the above referenced brownfields site. In January 
2013, DENR approved the Phase I SMP for this site.  Based on the additional soil sample data, 
the Phase II SMP is approved.   

Be advised that this approval from the Brownfields Program does not waive any applicable
requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications for the above listed activities
nor does it waive any requirement to comply with applicable law for such activities. If you have any
