At this time, no additional indoor air vapor assessment activities are required. The next phrase is to complete the brownfields agreement legal documents including: the Notice of Brownfields Property (NBP), Exhibit A the Brownfields Agreement (BFA), Summary Notice of Intent (SNI), Exhibit B the Plat Map, and Exhibit 2 the analytical tables. Attached to the correspondence are draft land use restrictions (LURs) for the Brownfields Property. Please review and comment on these as I continue working on the draft legal documents. In the meantime, please contact your surveyor to begin preparing the plat map. A checklist for the plat map is attached. Once you have reviewed the draft LURs, we can schedule a conference call to discuss revisions or send me an email with marked up edits. Thank you for your patience during the brownfields process.
