A revised Work Plan for Site Assessment of Potential Brownfields Property dated October 10, 2016 was received and subsequently reviewed by DEQ. Following phone conversations regarding vapor intrusion assessment of the Site, a revised Work Plan for Site Assessment of Potential Brownfields Property was received October 28, 2016 and November 1, 2016. All comments have been incorporated; therefore, the November 1 revision of the Work Plan for Site Assessment of Potential Brownfields Property is approved. Please ensure that the additional assessment is completed in accordance with DEQ IHSB requirements and guidelines. As noted in the work plan, additional assessment of vapor intrusion may be required following receipt of the assessment report. Be advised that this approval from the Brownfields Program does not waive any applicable requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses, or certifications for the above listed activities nor does it waive any requirement to comply with applicable law for such activities.
