On February 11, 2009, I received an electronic version of the Work Plan for Brownfields Assessment
Activities at the above referenced brownfields property. This work plan was prepared in response to the
January 13, 2009 DENR letter requesting assessment activities at the site. The work plan is approved. Please
provide a 24 hour advance notice before the field work begins.

Be advised that this approval from the Brownfields Program does not waive any applicable requirement
to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications for the above listed activities nor does it waive any
requirement to comply with applicable law for such activities. If you have any questions or comments, please
