Subpart A Applicability
3. If tract 2 as shown on the Plat Map (sheet 2 of 2) included in Appendix C of
this permit is conveyed to any person or entity, the deed shall contain the
substantive language regarding access rights of the Permittee and
NCDENR, and restrictions on the future uses of Tract 2, as contained in the
Specimen Special Warranty Deed included in Appendix C of this permit.
Such deeds shall be recorded in the land records of Caldwell County, North
Carolina.
This permit amendment creates Appendix C which includes:
Specimen of Special Warranty Deed
Plat Map identifying property boundaries of Tract 1 and Tract 2.
