This inspection was initiated due to not receiving 2016 LURUs from owners. A letter was issued on March 7, 2016 to DCPCC, LLC for failure to
submit the LURU as required. There are no provisions in the LURs allowing third party (HOA) certifications. Therefore, all owners are required to
submit annual certifications.
At this time confirmation of the vapor mitigation documentation for new structure or NCBP approval of a vapor mitigation plan prior to construction
could not be completed via internal electronic filing or databases.
