The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality {NCDEQ} is in receipt of the
expedited Brownfields fee of $30,000.00, {Check Number 020087} from ATCO Investment
Manager, LLC, for the Redevelopment Now Program. The check will be deposited immediately,
but if the program determines the project is ineligible, a refund check will be issued upon written
request.

Please be advised that a $25.00 processing fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
